I rented with AMH for three years and had a great experience. Any maintenance issues were handled immediately. The contractors used were professional. Autopayment was easy. The company has a nice renters portal to work through. Good company.

First time renting from AMH. Response time is quick. Any issues or questions I've had have been addressed and resolved within hours. The online portal for paying rent is easy to use. We've yet to need to utilize the maintenance service which is also easily accessed from the same portal. We plan on extending our lease due to the experience so far with AMH.

AMH got us into a beautiful home. They made the whole process fast and easy. I definitely wouldn't rent from anyone else. This was absolutely one of the best moving experiences I have ever had. Besides the actual moving part. But the process and all the management and staff that help make it so smooth. Absolutely 5 star service.

Our AMH tech was amazing! Went above and beyond to ensure the leaks were taken care of immediately. Called us before arriving and was extremely considerate of our home. From the self tour process through application and move in, everything was so easy. The customer service is excellent with great communication and fast action. I have been in my home for two months and had a maintenance request put in recently and it was taken care of the next day by a very friendly technician. 100% would recommend!
