Currently, we are looking for vendors with residential experience in the following fields:

Vendor requirements

If you would like to become a partner vendor with us, please review the minimum requirements below:

Possess proper insurance in the form of $1 million General Liability/Worker’s Compensation
Possess all required certifications and licenses (as specified by the state where work is performed)
Be able to work weekends
Be able to work with residents present
Be able to both assess and complete work in a timely and efficient manner
Be able to read and follow directions regarding scope of work and payment processing
Be able to complete all requested paperwork by required deadlines
Be able to meet dress code and other company requirements
Maintain technology to access our systems
Own a smartphone
Own your own work tools
Own or have access to a vehicle for transportation
Demonstrate strong organization skills
Demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills

Once we receive your application, we will confirm that we have opportunities that match the market(s) and scope(s) for which you have applied. Our team will contact you to explain the process and identify any documents we might need. Our onboarding requirements are industry standard but may vary depending on local contractor requirements. Most trade partners can expect to provide the following:

Proof of insurance
Proof of entity (Business license)
Trade Licensing if required (HVAC, plumbing)
Signed Terms and Conditions document
Signed Vendor Integrity Code
ACH Payment form
