We are always looking to partner with the best vendors in the industry to help our Turn, Rehab, New Construction, and Maintenance divisions meet the needs of our residents and our business. With a presence in 21 states across the country, we offer numerous opportunities for trade vendors nationwide. Currently, we are looking for vendors with residential experience in the following fields:

  • Maintenance services (e.g., paint and flooring)

Vendor requirements
If you would like to become a partner vendor with us, please review the minimum requirements below:
  • Possess proper insurance in the form of $1 million General Liability/Worker’s Compensation
  • Possess all required certifications and licenses (as specified by the state where work is performed)
  • Be able to work weekends
  • Be able to work with residents present
  • Be able to both assess and complete work in a timely and efficient manner
  • Be able to read and follow directions regarding scope of work and payment processing
  • Be able to complete all requested paperwork by required deadlines
  • Be able to meet dress code and other company requirements
  • Maintain technology to access our systems
  • Own a smartphone
  • Own your own work tools
  • Own or have access to a vehicle for transportation
  • Demonstrate strong organization skills
  • Demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills
Once we receive your application, we will confirm that we have opportunities that match the market(s) and scope(s) for which you have applied. Our team will contact you to explain the process and identify any documents we might need. Our onboarding requirements are industry standard but may vary depending on local contractor requirements. Most trade partners can expect to provide the following:
  • Proof of insurance
  • Proof of entity (Business license)
  • Trade Licensing if required (HVAC, plumbing)
  • Signed Terms and Conditions document
  • Signed Vendor Integrity Code
  • ACH Payment form
