First time renting from AMH. Response time is quick. Any issues or questions I've had have been addressed and resolved within hours. The online portal for paying rent is easy to use. We've yet to need to utilize the maintenance service which is also easily accessed from the same portal. We plan on extending our lease due to the experience so far with AMH.

AMH got us into a beautiful home. They made the whole process fast and easy. I definitely wouldn't rent from anyone else. This was absolutely one of the best moving experiences I have ever had. From the self tour process through application and move in, everything was so easy. The customer service is excellent with great communication and fast action.
